What you can keep track of

  • Domains

Registration and renewal dates, so a lapsed domain never takes your site and email down.

  • SSL certificates

Know before a certificate expires and visitors see a security warning.

  • Contracts

Set the cancel-by date, not just the end date, so you can say no in time.

  • API keys

Track when a key must be rotated. RenewalKeeper stores the name and the date, never the key.

You enter the dates today. Automatic checks for domains and certificates are on the way.

One email, one decision

  1. Add it

Name, type, expiry date and who owns it. Without an owner, your admins are told instead.

  2. Get reminded

Emails go out 60, 30, 7 and 1 day before, then weekly once overdue. You choose the days, or pause them.

  3. Act from the email

Acknowledge it, snooze it for a week, or enter the new date once it is renewed. Nothing changes until you press a button, so mail scanners cannot act for you.

Expires in 7 days (2026-12-01).

Acknowledge, snooze or renew You get this because you are the owner of this item, or an admin of your organization.

Built to hold dates, not secrets

  • No keys in the system

Text that looks like a key, token or private key is rejected, so it never gets stored.

  • Quiet emails

Reminders carry the name and the date. Your notes never leave the app.

  • Safe links

Email links are signed and expire. Opening one changes nothing; only a button press does.

  • Strong sign-in

Multi-factor authentication is required, and signing out ends the session everywhere.

  • Separate organizations

Each organization sees only its own items, and automated tests check this on every release.

  • A record of every change

Edits, logins and actions are written to a tamper-evident audit log.

On the way

  • Automatic domain and SSL checks
  • Invite your teammates
  • Slack alerts
  • Single sign-on for teams
